<h3><b><strong>About the Role</strong></b></h3><p><span>We are seeking a </span><b><strong>Fleet and Sustainability Manager</strong></b><span> to join our </span><b><strong>Transportation Operations</strong></b><span> team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fleet optimization, data-driven decision-making, and driving meaningful progress toward sustainability and electrification goals.</span></p><p><span>Reporting to the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both company-owned and third-party fleets, while also leading strategic initiatives to improve fleet performance, increase electric vehicle (EV) adoption, and drive broader sustainability efforts.</span></p><h3><b><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></b></h3><p><b><strong>Fleet Management & Optimization</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Lead vehicle procurement strategy, including lease vs. buy decisions and vehicle selection aligned with business and sustainability goals.</span></li><li><span>Manage relationships with fleet vendors, leasing partners, fuel providers, and maintenance providers.</span></li><li><span>Oversee daily fleet operations such as dispatching, utilization, maintenance, and telematics.</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to maximize uptime and extend vehicle life.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with all applicable national and provincial regulations.</span></li></ul><p><b><strong>Sustainability & ESG Leadership</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Drive fleet electrification and decarbonization strategies aligned with GoBolt’s sustainability commitments.</span></li><li><span>Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses for electric and alternative-fuel vehicle transitions.</span></li><li><span>Oversee EV charging infrastructure planning and implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.</span></li><li><span>Integrate sustainability into day-to-day operations and long-term transportation strategy.</span></li></ul><p><b><strong>Data, Reporting & Compliance</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Monitor fleet KPIs including subleasing progress, fuel efficiency, idle time, and EV adoption (% network-wide and by merchant).</span></li><li><span>Report insights and recommendations to leadership to drive performance improvements.</span></li><li><span>Ensure accurate data collection and ESG reporting; support in building and maintaining dashboards that track fleet and sustainability performance.</span></li></ul><p><b><strong>Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Act as the primary point of contact for fleet and sustainability initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Engage with government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners on compliance, incentives, and sustainability best practices.</span></li></ul><h3><b><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></b></h3><ul><li><b><strong>You have 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-performance environment</strong></b><span>s like startups or consulting, with a focus on strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.</span></li><li><b><strong>You have a proven track record of owning complex projects</strong></b><span> from idea to launch — defining scope, navigating ambiguity, and driving results.</span></li><li><b><strong>You act like an owner</strong></b><span> — you take responsibility for outcomes and want to shape the direction of the company.</span></li><li><b><strong>You’re analytical and data-driven</strong></b><span> — quick to identify trends, solve problems, and optimize for impact.
