Amazon Business is hiring a Finance Manager for the WW Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will partner with key business and finance leaders to identify opportunities to drive growth, provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership. This role will lead Finance activities across WW Amazon Business, create scalable reporting mechanisms and provide adhoc insights for VP level leadership.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting and insights to VP Leadership across WW Amazon Business. Partnering with local finance teams to understand unique trends across 10 AB countries.
- Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders.
- Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives.
- Partner with the business and other Corporate FP&A teams to create workback calendars that support key meeting dates and ensure adequate review and preparation time.
- Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc data analysis, and financial modeling using a broad range of tools including Excel, SQL, and TM1/Cognos.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
- BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or CPA.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
