Finance Coordinator:

Rx-360, located in Philadelphia, PA, is a non-profit 501(c)(6) that is dedicated to the integrity of the pharmaceutical supply chain and patient safety. Rx-360 accomplishes this through member consortium working groups, education, and our unique audit program.

We are seeking someone to join the team to assist with financial reporting, invoicing, and general accounting duties. The role will support the overall goals of entire Rx-360 Consortium and report to our Senior Director of Finance. This role will be available at the start for up to 30 hours per week, with an option to transition to full time in 2025.

Position Responsibilities and Qualifications:

·        Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable/payable principles

·        High degree of attention to detail


·        Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

·        QuickBooks Desktop, Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Concur experience preferred


·        Enter and process all customer and vendor invoices while maintaining weekly A/R and A/P reports for internal review

·        Reconcile customer/vendor statements to ensure accuracy when needed


·        Establish effective communication with customers and vendors regarding outstanding invoices, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering positive relationships

·        Assist with expense reimbursement process


·        Assist with monthly financial preparation as needed

Additional Qualifications:

•        4-year college degree or equivalent



•        Experience in database management (Salesforce.com preferred)

•        Full understanding of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Professional


•        Superior communication skills
