The ideal candidate is highly creative, tech-savvy, and excited about using AI tools as a foundation—then refining and customizing that output into unique, high-quality deliverables for our clients.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Create and edit ad creatives (static and motion) for social media and digital campaigns.</li><li>Edit and produce marketing videos optimized for ads across multiple platforms.</li><li>Design and develop websites using WordPress and Shopify, including landing pages and lead generation funnels.</li><li>Leverage AI tools (design, copy, video, code) to create a starting point, then refine and enhance for professional results.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to produce consistent, brand-aligned materials.</li><li>Stay up to date with design, web, video, and AI trends to propose new creative strategies.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a graphic designer (ads/social content focus).</li><li>Proven experience as a video editor (ads, short-form content, and brand storytelling).</li><li>Strong background in WordPress and Shopify development.</li><li>Familiarity with AI creative and coding tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Vibe, or similar).</li><li>Ability to adapt AI-generated content into unique, client-ready deliverables.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing design, video, and web work.</li><li>Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management skills.</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience in funnel building and ad creative strategy.</li><li>Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, or AI-based coding workflows.</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience.</li><li>Flexible, remote-friendly working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse projects across service and eCommerce industries.</li><li>A chance to grow with a company that's innovating at the intersection of marketing and AI.</li></ul><p>About you:</p><ul><li>You have 5+ years of proven work experience managing digital projects and timelines.</li><li>You are a dedicated team player and have experience working with marketers, designers, and developers.</li><li>You are comfortable working in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities.</li><li>You have a good eye for page and screen layout (for web and mobile) and know what converts in ads</li><li>You are self-motivated and a strong independent worker.</li><li>You have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable and disciplined working remotely due</li><li>Experience with Project Management & Team Collaboration tool such as Teamwork is a must</li><li>You are fluent in English and Advanced in French</li></ul><p>How to Apply<br><br>Please submit your resume and portfolio (design, video, and web examples required).
