Executive Vice President Finance

Job Description

The Executive Vice President, Finance (EVP Finance) will be a foundational executive leader in a newly formed national technology/media services group (the "Company") created through the merger of three highly respected Canadian organizations, each with long-standing operating histories, strong market reputations, and decades of sustained success. All three organizations share a deeply rooted people-first culture with exceptionally low employee turnover, and each is widely regarded as a top-tier provider in Canada for high-end delivery, technical excellence, and consistently exceptional service delivery. The newly combined Company will launch on April 1, 2026, combining the operations, teams, and financial structures of the three legacy businesses into a single integrated national enterprise.

Reporting to the CFO, the EVP Finance will be responsible for financial operations, systems, reporting structures, and finance team leadership. The EVP Finance will build a modern, scalable, institutional-grade finance function from the ground up suitable for a $100m+ revenue business. The integration mandate includes: full consolidation onto Microsoft Business Central; standardization of reporting, financial controls, workflows, and month-end processes; and leadership of the post-transaction financial integration and legal amalgamation of the entities.

The role requires a high-performing CPA with strong technical finance capability and a strategic mindset and includes a clear succession path to Chief Financial Officer within 3–5 years.
