<p><p>Closing Date (MM/DD/YYYY): 09/12/2025</p><p>Worker Type: Permanent</p><p>Language(s) Required: English</p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p><p>$119,935 - $162,265</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Provide strategic partnership and advice, business enablement and project leadership to FCC’s Executive Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. You’ll also support the Corporate Secretariat in strategic preparation for and delivery of Board of Directors and Committee meetings.</li><li>Handle critical or high-priority incoming items as a key point of contact for the EVP</li><li>Track and monitor scorecards and goals for the Law & Corporate Secretary division</li><li>Analyze and critique requests, approvals and reports on behalf of the EVP and the divisional leadership team</li><li>Identify solutions and give recommendations for a variety of issues</li><li>Coordinate team meetings and prepare agendas and minutes for the division</li><li>Act as a liaison and communicate with other divisions, including the CEO’s Office and external stakeholders</li><li>Oversee the Law & Corporate Secretary’s budget, ensuring it’s in good standing</li><li>Contribute to developing and executing the division's annual plan, conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making</li><li>Manage the EVP office</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>Proven leader who builds and maintains relationships easily</li><li>Confident communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proactive project leader with strong time management skills</li><li>Strategic thinker who can handle complex situations</li><li>Critical thinker who turns concepts into action and can analyze and tell stories with data</li><li>Highly adaptive multitasker who can navigate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities</li><li>Business acumen, curiosity, emotional intelligence and the ability to create partnerships with leaders</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need</h3><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, and at least seven years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)</li><li>Experience working on or managing a legal and corporate secretary team is an asset</li><li>Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset</li></ul><p>#FCCEN</p><p><b>You belong here</b></p><p>At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
