The Brain Injury Association of London and Region (BIALR)
provides non-medical support and resources for those living with an acquired or traumatic brain injury (ABI). Families and/or survivors can access community and peer mentorship support and social/leisure groups throughout various counties in southwestern Ontario that aid in return to life. Education is also available through formal and informal education platforms. Our goal is to maximize the quality of life for everyone living with brain injury.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the
Executive Director
is responsible for the leadership of the organization, overseeing quality services in accordance with the organization's vision, mission, and values.

BIALR is currently seeking an experienced and passionate leader to serve as its next
Executive Director
. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an organization committed to supporting individuals with brain injury and their families through advocacy, education, and innovative programming. The Executive Director will oversee the coordination and implementation of BIALR operations to ensure a positive impact on innovation, production and revenue goals.

Our ideal candidate would have knowledge of the health care sphere, as well as experience in program development and grant writing. Strong attributes would include effective and accessible communication skills (written and oral), excellent customer service and problem- solving skills. The role requires someone who can work independently and is highly self-motivated.
