<p><b>About Us:</b></p><p>Tophat HR is a boutique consulting firm- We are an expert in tailored and comprehensive human resources consulting & management services.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>On behalf of our <b>client</b>, we’re hiring a dynamic <b>Executive & Personal Assistant</b> to work directly with the <b>CEO</b>, providing high-level support across multiple companies in diverse industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of businesses while working closely with a visionary leader. We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly navigate shifting priorities, support personal brand initiatives, and anticipate needs before they arise, ensuring the CEO’s time and focus are maximized. This is not a typical administrative role—it’s a chance to become the CEO’s right hand and play a key part in the success of their expanding ventures</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Executive & Administrative Support:</b></p><ul><li>Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and priorities, making sure to optimize their time and focus on high-impact initiatives.</li><li>Handle approvals, prepare meeting briefs and summaries, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all commitments.</li><li>Oversee banking, accounts, payments, and financial/legal matters in coordination with internal teams.</li><li>Track and follow up on key deliverables, ensuring decisions are implemented accurately and on time.</li><li>Partner with internal departments to support various initiatives, including events, research, and logistics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Personal Support:</b></p><ul><li>Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, travel arrangements, and lifestyle scheduling.</li><li>Support health, wellness, and lifestyle routines with attention to detail and discretion.</li><li>Handle personal banking, payments, and financial matters with complete confidentiality.</li><li>Coordinate personal and professional networking activities on behalf of the CEO as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Brand & Networking:</b></p><ul><li>Support the CEO’s personal brand presence, including social media, thought leadership, and public appearances.</li><li>Assist with outreach and follow-ups for both personal and professional networking opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the PR and brand team to ensure the CEO’s visibility and messaging align with company and personal objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.</li><li>Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive financial, legal, and personal matters.</li><li>Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and manage external-facing materials.</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms (finance tools, calendar systems, social media, project management tools).</li><li>Flexible and adaptable, capable of seamlessly shifting between executive responsibilities and personal tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What Success Looks Like:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>The CEO’s time is consistently spent on high-value priorities.</li><li>Administrative, financial, and legal matters are streamlined and proactively managed.</li><li>Personal, professional, and wellness routines are seamlessly integrated and well-coordinated.</li><li>Networking and brand visibility efforts are consistently maintained and strengthened.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We believe that diversity is key to building high-performing teams, and creating an inclusive work environment is our priority.
