CV Resources is partnering with a growing organization in Nampa to find an Executive Assistant / Customer Success Specialist. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused professional to provide executive-level support while ensuring an exceptional client experience.


Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:


  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for executives.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives as needed.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support special projects, research, and administrative tasks to ensure executive priorities are met.

Customer Success Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Onboard new clients, providing training and resources to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues.
  • Track and manage client interactions in CRM systems, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Customer Success Specialist.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
