We are seeking an experiencedEvent Security Supervisor to lead our on-site security team during concerts and live music events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, situational awareness, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations in a fast-paced concert environment.As Security Supervisor, you will coordinate event security operations, direct security personnel, liaise with local authorities, and ensure compliance with venue protocols and emergency procedures.</p><p></p><p>PICK AND CHOOSE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!.</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities include but not limited to:</p><p></p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate a team of security guards during concerts and live events</li><li>Conduct pre-event security briefings, outlining assignments, emergency procedures, and venue protocols</li><li>Monitor and manage all access points, crowd control zones, and high-risk areas<br /></li><li>Ensure proper bag checks, screenings, and perimeter control are in place and enforced</li><li>Maintain constant communication with venue management, law enforcement, and emergency services</li><li>Prepare post-event security reports and incident logs<br /></li><li>Assist with conflict resolution</li><li>Enforce all venue rules and support a safe, respectful environment for all attendees</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible working arrangements, select the shifts that work best for you</li><li>Part-Time/Seasonal hours</li></ul><p></p><p>Key requirements</p><p></p><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years security experience in the Ontario security sector</li><li>Must have prior experience working as manager/supervisor</li><li>Hold a Valid Security licence, a valid First Aid Cert, a Smart Serve Licence</li><li>Outstanding communication skills</li><li>Have a passion for working with others to deliver a great event experience</li><li>The ability to work weekends</li><li>Ability to work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds</li><li>Bring a positive welcoming attitude to your role</li><li>French language fluency an advantage</li></ul></p></p>
