Full Time Janitorial Floater

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area for our evening floater position. The hours for this position can vary and requires the successful candidate to drive a company vehicle while working so a valid drivers license is a must along with flexibility

Hours would be approximately:

Sundays 12:00pm 7:30pm (can vary)
Monday Thursday 5:00pm 12:00am (can vary)

Some Friday evenings are required from time to time

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

- Have a valid drivers license.
- Be flexible with start/finish times, able to adapt with short notice.
- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people
- A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.
- Be able to work various locations throughout the city
- Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
- Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties would include but not limited to.

Building Cleaning.
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Disinfecting touch points
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
- Dusting
- General cleaning duties
- Garbage removal
- And more as directed by supervisors.
- Helping co-workers
