Are you a current student searching for an Engineering Internship? BSA LifeStructures is seeking a current Mechanical or Electrical Engineering student that wants to join a firm that specializes in creating places that support, enhance and inspire healing, learning and discovery. We are now accepting applications for Summer 2025 internship opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the development of design ideas based on factors such as appealing appearance, design-function relationships, serviceability, and client specifications.
- Prepare working drawings from sketches and design specification.
- Prepare presentations and materials for clients.
- Participate in project design meetings to experience how multi-disciplinary teams collaborate on project design and delivery.
- Attend client meetings; visit construction sites on projects.
- Participate in site surveys to gather field data.
Education and Experience:
- Educational Background: Current student of an accredited Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering program
- Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, 3D CADD, SketchUp
- Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
