Who you are

  • You have great attention to detail (like making sure dishes are spotless and sanitized) and can handle multiple tasks at once (like washing dishes and helping with simple prep).

  • You're open to learning, have a can-do attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • You're safety-conscious and never cut corners when it comes to hygiene and food safety.
  • Experience in a similar environment is an asset, but not required—we'll train you
  • You're comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Assisting with simple food preparation tasks, such as plating desserts or panning meatballs.

  • Helping keep dining and kitchen areas tidy, including wiping tables when needed.
  • Supporting your team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Following all IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs.
  • Being an active IKEA Ambassador by working together to create a great experience for our customers.
