<p><p>Join to apply for the <b>Director, Strategy & Corporate Development – Beverage Division</b> role at <b>Lassonde</b></p><p>Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development at Industries Lassonde, the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development – Beverage Division will play a key role in shaping and executing Lassonde’s strategic agenda, with a dedicated focus on the Beverage Division. The Director will work closely with the President of the Beverage Division for North America, General Managers of business units, operational and functional leaders, and other members of the beverage leadership team. The role also involves close collaboration with the broader corporate executive team to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.</p><p>This position combines strategic planning, corporate development, and market intelligence with a strong focus on execution. The Director will act as a strategic partner to the President of the Beverage Division, supporting her on all strategy-related matters and leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive growth, transformation, and alignment across the division.</p><h3>Key activities</h3><ul><li>Lead the annual business planning process, ensuring alignment with long-term priorities across functions and business units.</li><li>Manage high-impact strategic projects from scoping to execution, including portfolio transformation, operational improvement initiatives, and cross-functional efforts.</li><li>Drive corporate development activities, including building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities (e.g., mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships), overseeing the full lifecycle from assessment to deal execution and integration.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics in the beverage sector, extracting actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Develop clear, compelling presentations and strategic narratives for the executive team and board, translating complex analysis into impactful storytelling.</li><li>Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning them around strategic priorities and enabling effective decision-making.</li></ul><h3>Required Training and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.</li><li>5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development.</li><li>Experience in the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a strong asset.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically.</li><li>Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Proven ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions.</li><li>Excellent sense of initiative, resourcefulness, and a high level of autonomy.</li><li>Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills, able to distill complex ideas into clear, visually engaging, and executive-ready materials.</li><li>Fluency in spoken and written French and English is essential – frequent interactions with colleagues and suppliers who are unilingual English speakers in other provinces or countries.</li></ul><h3>Location and Employment Details</h3><ul><li>Work location: Rougemont, QC</li><li>Employment type: Full-time</li><li>Schedule: Full-time</li></ul><p>Lassonde, all in good taste!</p></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
