Reporting to the Board of Directors, they oversee daily operations, manage human and financial resources, and ensure the organization's growth and sustainability. The position plays a key role in developing partnerships, institutional representation, and continuously improving internal processes to foster innovation and achieve organizational goals.</p><p><u><b>Key responsibilities :</b></u></p><ol><li>Define and implement the vision.</li><li>Oversee operations.</li><li>Manage finances.</li><li>Lead and guide teams.</li><li>Develop and maintain partnerships.</li><li>Represent the organization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.</li><li>Foster innovation.</li><li>Measure and analyze organizational performance.</li><li>Provide inspiring leadership.</li></ol><p><u><b>Required qualifications :</b></u></p><ol><li>Strategic vision.</li><li>Financial management skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and partnership skills.</li><li>High adaptability.</li><li>Integrity, professional ethics, and managerial courage.</li><li>Ability to work in both French and English.</li></ol><p><u><b>Required education and experience :</b></u></p><p>The ideal candidate for the General Director position must hold a university degree in a scientific or administrative field, along with solid management experience.
