Job Title: Director of Finance

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year

Job Summary:

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering financial results, driving internal controls and loss prevention, and providing strategic reporting and analytics to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies by analyzing business trends, forecasting revenue, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• Ensure accurate accounting, expense management, and internal controls framework to mitigate risks and prevent losses.
• Provide timely and actionable financial insights to regional and corporate management, informing business decisions and driving performance improvement.
• Promote operational excellence by bringing a strategic financial perspective to the operation, translating data into actionable plans.
• Foster effective decision-making by contributing financial information and analysis to inform business choices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with department leaders, holding them accountable for their financial responsibilities and promoting a culture of ownership.
• Partner with the General Manager to define, assign, and delegate financial authority and responsibility for the operation.
• Create an environment for financial success by coaching, training, and collaborating with team members to drive business outcomes.
• Lead the development of annual and long-term operating budgets and capital investment plans in partnership with lodge leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the entertainment, amusement park, or hotel industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in analysis and modeling.
• Prior experience with Coupa, Tableau, and O365 suite is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
• Enthusiastic and positive energy, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
