<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Vice President to define and implement strategic directions that support long-term organizational transformation.</li>
<li>Develop and execute a business plan that aligns with strategic priorities, integrates change initiatives, and delivers measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Lead AB operations across Ontario, Alberta, and the Maritimes, ensuring compliance, operational health, and readiness for future shifts in the industry.</li>
<li>Drive change by continuously evaluating and evolving best practices to respond to emerging trends, regulatory updates, and internal priorities.</li>
<li>Champion a culture of engagement, inclusion, and adaptability through transparent communication, talent development, and proactive change management.</li>
<li>Oversee the delivery of the team’s service offering and ensure successful execution of strategic projects that enhance business performance and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manage individual and team performance within a structured framework that supports accountability, growth, and resilience during periods of change.</li>
<li>Empower employees through coaching, recognition, and career development, while promoting the cooperative values and future-focused mindset of the organization.</li>

<h3>What You Bring To The Table</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li>
<li>A minimum of eleven years of relevant experience including six years of management experience</li>
<li>Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered</li>
<li>Leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations</li>
<li>Experience leading through change, with strong change management skills that foster resilience, adaptability, and alignment during transformation initiatives</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients</li>
<li>Available for travel between Aurora and Mississauga, Ontario offices and for meetings in Montreal and Levis, Quebec</li>
</ul>
