We are pleased to confirm a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our highly respected, top performing marketing team.

This role is designed for someone who is deeply committed to their craft. You are analytical, technology forward, and motivated by results. You care about performance, efficiency, and building systems that scale. You are energized by data, automation, AI driven tools, and continuous optimization. You understand how marketing performance directly influences leasing outcomes and overall portfolio performance.
You will begin by auditing, refining, and strengthening our digital ecosystem across campaigns, analytics, and website performance. As you get up to speed, you will play a key role in aligning marketing strategy with leasing goals, ensuring digital investment drives measurable business results.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a seasoned digital marketing professional, responsibilities will include:
- Lead the audit, clean-up, and optimization of existing digital campaigns, property listings, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage and maintain scheduled marketing performance reports to present to management and leasing teams.
- Manage and optimize integrations with external partners.
- Oversee and allocate the marketing budget to ensure alignment with leasing goals and property performance targets.
- Audit and strengthen the digital lead generation strategy and CRM processes, ensuring strong cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across real estate listing platforms (Rentsync, Rentcafe, ILS) GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and more.
- Manage and optimize Google Adscampaigns and other paid media for ROI, lead volume, and conversion growth.
- Oversee Google Analytics dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that impact leasing goals.
- Drive SEO initiativesto strengthen organic visibility and outperform competitors in rankings.
- Ensure the website and property pages are optimized for speed, updated content, user experience (UX) and correct lead to lease processes.
- Deliver competitive intelligenceby monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor campaigns, and providing insights that guide both marketing and leasing strategies.
- Partner with the leadership team to present data-driven insightson market conditions, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Integrate AI-powered analytics, automation, and personalization toolsto enhance efficiency, targeting, and reporting.
- Lay the foundation for a future digital marketing growth, setting standards, building processes, and mentoring talent as the function expands.
Qualifications
Three plus years of digital marketing experience with deep hands on expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics
Proven experience managing performance campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and data driven reporting
Demonstrated expertise in lead generation strategy and conversion optimization
Experience in real estate, rentals, hospitality, or other high competition industries is an asset
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and influence business decisions
Experience using AI driven marketing tools such as automated bidding, predictive analytics, or personalization engines
Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast paced, growth oriented environment

The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness, skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job related requirements.
