This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong analytical background and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You will contribute significantly to our data infrastructure, reporting, and analysis efforts, helping us make data-driven decisions that propel our business forward.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work on the company\'s data pipeline, contributing to its development and optimization.</li>
<li>Collect, preprocess, and analyze various data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.</li>
<li>Assist in data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity across our systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations.</li>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.</li>
<li>Generate actionable insights for business improvements</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Education:</b> Degree required in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.</li>
<li><b>Technical Skills:</b></li>
<li>Comprehensive experience with the Python data stack (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).</li>
<li>Fluency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.</li>
<li>Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Git.</li>
<li><b>Soft Skills:</b></li>
<li>A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.</li>
<li>Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work effectively within a team.</li>
<li>Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.</li>
<li>Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.</li>
<li><b>Work Authorization:</b> Must be eligible to work in Canada.</li>
