The Role

We are looking for a reliable professional to bridge the gap between high-level customer service and precise data entry. You will be the voice of our company, handling everything from account reconciliations to general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Excellence: Deliver timely service via phone and email; resolve complaints and reconcile accounts with professionalism.
  • Data Management: Execute accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical files.
  • Office Support: Handle faxes, general clerical duties, and assist with special projects or basic accounting tasks.

What You Bring

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and a typing speed of 45+ wpm.
  • Communication: Impeccable phone manners and the ability to correspond fluently in English. A second language or accounting experience is a major asset.
  • Reliability: A collaborative spirit and the "common sense" reasoning required to solve standardized problems independently.
  • Precision: Ability to handle mathematical calculations (fractions/decimals) and follow detailed instructions with total accuracy.
