Hiring Manager: Channel Management & Support Senior Manager

Location Address: 40 Temperance Street 15th Floor – hybrid – 4 days onsite/week (may change to 5 days)

Contract Duration: ASAP – 10/30/2026

Possibility of extension and conversion to FTE

Typical Day in Role:


• Provide functional support for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data structures, objects, workflows, and user support.


• Investigate and resolve salesforce data quality and process issues, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency


• Deliver training to cross-functional teams on creating and managing salesforce reports and dashboards


• Analyze, document, and translate data requirements into detailed specifications, including source to target mappings, transformation rules, and data quality checks.


• Perform detailed data analysis to troubleshoot issues and support data pipeline processes.


• Support data migration activities, including documentation of cleansing rules and validation of end to end test results.


• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional and technical specifications.


• Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for data and technology initiatives.


• Conduct gap analysis, identify risks, and propose solutions for complex data and business problems.


• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and data engineering to ensure alignment and clarity.


• Build and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards. Investigate and resolve Salesforce data and process issues with business and technical teams.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

  1. 8+ years of experience in data analysis and data modeling (documentation skills for both business and technical requirements)

  2. Hands-on experience with data modeling, DAX, dashboards, reporting

  3. 3+ years of experience with Salesforce FSC, especially reporting and data model understanding.

  4. Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, data pipelines, and metadata management

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  1. Experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services

  2. Bilingual in Spanish

  3. PowerBI

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

Best VS. Average Candidate:
The ideal candidate would be bilingual in Spanish, with strong Salesforce experience and wealth management experience.
