The eCommerce Customer Service Representative will work in Mondetta's eCommerce Marketing team, guiding customers through their orders via phone, email or online chats. Our eCommerce team is passionate about providing impeccable customer service. They worry about the details and solve problems, so our customers don't have to. Mondetta will provide side-by-side training sessions with an experienced customer service representative, access to a supportive management team and ongoing training as required. We empower you to make decisions, so customers are taken care of quickly and accurately.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Guide and process customer orders, exchanges and returns in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology</li><li>Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat with a courteous, professional, results-driven attitude</li><li>Help customers navigate Mondetta's websites and place orders online</li><li>Work with Mondetta's internal departments to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability, to meet our customers' needs</li><li>Help resolve product returns, respond to reviews, shipping inquiries and answer order status questions</li><li>Report statistics when needed about the customers' journey (return reasons, reviews about products, website experience, etc.)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Basic mathematics skills</li><li>Excellent English & grammar skills</li><li>Naturally patient and kind communication skills</li><li>Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support</li><li>Superb problem solving ability</li><li>Dedicated to excellent attendance, Monday to Friday during regular business hours</li></ul><h3>Nice-to-haves</h3><ul><li>Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias or other similar CS application</li><li>Experience in Shopify, Magento or other eCommerce platform</li><li>Microsoft Excel basic knowledge</li><li>Genuine interest in fashion marketing, eCommerce and analytics</li></ul><p>We offer a competitive salary, great benefits and a team atmosphere where we welcome your ideas and input.
