Position Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with Administrative and Inside Sales experience to act as the central point of contact for our customers and internal teams.

This role sits at the intersection of customer service, sales support, and operations coordination — ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Support

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from property managers and commercial clients
  • Respond to service inquiries related to snow events, asphalt repairs, parking lot issues, and tree work
  • Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, scope of work, and next steps
  • Support existing clients with renewals, service questions, and issue resolution

Inside Sales & Revenue Support

  • Qualify inbound leads and service requests
  • Follow up on estimates for snow contracts, asphalt repairs, concrete work, and tree services
  • Track opportunities and update CRM records
  • Identify upsell opportunities across service lines (e.g., snow clients → asphalt or tree services)
  • Support account managers and outside sales reps with proposals and follow-ups

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Prepare and send proposals, work orders, and service agreements
  • Enter job details, photos, and notes into CRM and job management systems
  • Coordinate schedules between customers, field crews, and operations managers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or inside sales
  • Strong phone presence and professional written communication
  • Experience in construction, snow removal, property services, or trades is a strong asset
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing multiple service requests at once
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Confident speaking with property managers and commercial clients
