Whether connecting by phone, email, or virtually screen-to-screen, our team ensures every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.</p><p><b>Your Role:</b></p><p><b>Customer Service. Lease Administration. Process Optimization.</b></p> <li>Deliver exceptional service:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Manage incoming calls and visitor interactions with urgency and respect. Maintain confidentiality across all customer and vendor transactions.</li> <li><b>Execute lease processes:</b> Input credit applications, fulfill documentation requests, verify lease details, and generate/distribute lease documents. Make account adjustments in line with policy and guidelines.</li> <li><b>Maintain customer records:</b> Process updates such as name changes, new lessees, address modifications, banking details, and more.</li> <li><b>Drive process improvement:</b> Analyze customer feedback and cancellations to identify opportunities for internal optimization.
