  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet departmental goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for future reference

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, and upselling techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer management tools is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
