The role
Creative concepting and visual execution: Contribute to the development of creative concepts, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling across assigned projects, supporting ongoing brand and campaign initiatives.
Creative briefing: Support creative briefing by collaborating with Project Managers and Strategists to clarify scope, objectives, and direction for designers. Review, refine, and approve design work from other team members to maintain creative quality and alignment with the project vision.
Participate in meetings: Participate in client-facing and/or internal meetings, as reasonably requested by the team leaders, for purposes such as providing project updates, presenting campaign ideas, or discussing content deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with Transcends team members, reviewing project documentation, client materials, and recordings to fully understand goals and requirements. Ensure all creative outputs align with client objectives, campaign strategy, and the approved brief.
Quality Control: Provide oversight and feedback on creative assets to ensure accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and technical execution.
Research & Industry Insights: Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, competitor creative, and relevant industry developments to elevate creative execution.
Communication: Maintain consistent communication with the internal team, offering timely updates on progress, risks, needs, and milestones.
About you
· 8+ years of experience within an agency environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing creative
· Adept at translating business goals into award-winning, high-conversion creative campaigns
· Exceptional executive presence; a \"trusted advisor\" to senior clients and our internal team
· Skilled at navigating agency environments while maintaining a collaborative, innovative team culture
· A ‘hands on’ creative leader who contributes to the strategy and execution of deliverables
