PART-TIME, COUNSELOR
Hartnell College is currently accepting applications to establish a pool for future part-time in-person teaching assignments in this discipline.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, guidance counseling, educational counseling, social work, career development, marriage and family therapy, or marriage, family, and child counseling OR

NOTE: a bachelor’s degree in one of the listed degrees and license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is an alternative qualification for this discipline, pursuant to title 5, section 53410.1.)

- Demonstrate a commitment to fostering cultural humility within the classroom by incorporating the cultural strengths of BIPOC students in your teaching pedagogy.
- Demonstrate your experience using an equity-minded framework through service activities on campus and/or in the local community.

Anticipated Compensation:
$69.85-$83.03 per hour for instructional assignments
$59.60-$70.58 per hour for non-instructional assignments (lab/library/counseling)
