This is a full-time, permanent position that is based in the Vancouver area. Our client is a large company providing legal services to businesses based in North America and around the world.<br /></p><p></p><p><strong>You Have:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years </strong>of related experience</li><li>Experience working with <strong>AFL</strong></li><li>Familiarity with the incorporation process under the <strong>Corporations Act</strong> as well as experience with public companies and the Securities Act is required</li><li>Ability to manage several files at once, a strong sense of planning and organization<strong><br /></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Minute book reviews</li><li>Dealing with incorporation's including pre- and post-documentation; extra-provincial registrations across Canada</li><li>Reviewing agreements relating to transactions</li><li>Determine and draft required documentation</li><li>Complete and summarize due diligence searches</li><li>Organize and complete closing documentation and closing books</li><li>Complete required provincial or federal corporate filings</li></ul><p><p><strong>Perks:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary + Great commission.</li><li>Individual performance bonus</li><li>Health and dental benefits</li><li>Paid Vacation</li></ul><p>If this sounds like it might be a fit, please click and apply to this posting!</p></p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
