Job Description
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Coordinator, Training and Process Improvement in the Staffing Services department.Reporting directly to the Coordinator, Staffing Education, the Coordinator, Training and Process Improvement is responsible for the development and delivery of Employee Scheduling Software (ESP) and mySchedule applications training to staff across the organization, as well as leading process improvement initiatives within the department. The Coordinator plays a lead role in the development of a comprehensive training plan for staffing services, maintaining strong relationships with the HR Operations team for collective agreement interpretations and strategic priorities. The Coordinator develops materials for all levels of training from basic to advanced and plays an integral role in the assessment of knowledge levels of staff in all scheduling offices.
The Coordinator ensures the delivered training is current and up to date with changes to collective agreements, policies, procedures, updates or enhancements to the ESP application, researching and incorporating best practices where appropriate. The incumbent will be responsible for development of new policies/procedures where applicable, and recommendations for process improvement and service delivery initiatives related to Staffing Services.
Starting salary will be approximately from $67,861 to $84,826 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
