<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Le titulaire du poste de coordonnateur / coordonnatrice des opérations fournira un soutien à l’équipe des opérations de la boulangerie dans les domaines des ressources humaines et de l’acquisition de talents, des finances et des opérations. Le/la titulaire s’appropriera les activités clés liées aux personnes qui ont une incidence sur la culture des employés dans nos boulangeries, plusieurs programmes et événements qui sont essentiels aux activités quotidiennes et les principaux systèmes financiers au niveau de la boulangerie. Ce rôle donnera au titulaire l’occasion de développer une vaste expertise inter-fonctionnelle dans un environnement de fabrication au rythme rapide.</p><h3>Work conditions</h3><ul><li>Start Date: ASAP</li><li>Location: 255 Chemin Industriel, Gatineau, QC J8R 3V8</li><li>Status: Full Time</li><li>Schedule: Monday – Friday</li></ul><h3>What Wonderbrands offers</h3><ul><li>Wonderbrands believes in local talent and accelerated career growth</li><li>Competitive compensation, health and dental benefits</li><li>Pension plan with matching contributions</li><li>Annual incentive program</li><li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc.</li></ul><h3>Your roles and responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support strong collaborative partnerships with the HR department as well as the acquisition team for hiring front-line employees in the bakery and to elevate the caliber of talent overall in Longueuil.</li><li>Manage and maintain payroll, insurance, sick leave, etc. for each employee via our HRMS (Human Resources Management System).</li><li>Coordinate and support safety and environmental programs.</li><li>Manage the invoicing process to ensure all invoices are paid on time.</li><li>Assist in resolving any issues related to non-payment of suppliers.</li></ul><h3>Requirements and profile</h3><ul><li>Three to five years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment;</li><li>Post-secondary studies in human resources, management or a related field</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Knowledge of SAP, Workday and Kronos an asset</li><li>Experience in a unionized environment</li><li>Professional</li><li>Ability to resolve problems with minimal supervision</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality of the processing of sensitive information</li><li>Be able to communicate effectively and empathetically with all employees at all levels</li><li>Attention to detail, track record of accuracy</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Delivers results in a lean, fast-paced organization, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
