<p>The Controller manages the overall financial operations of the organization. This includes directing and leading all accounting functions, while establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures, and implementing changes as required, for timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, and also provides accurate financial reports and information to senior management, the board of directors, and external parties, including analysis, budgeting and forecasting.</p> <p>TMGNY</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>CPA designation </li>
<li>Several years of progressive experience in controllership and financial reporting</li>
<li>2+ years in a supervisory capacity</li>
<li>Ability to challenge the status quo and proactively identify and implement improved approaches</li>
