Reporting to the Mill Operations General Foreman, this position will be part of the team responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of the Operations crew.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, organize and direct the work of the operations crew.
  • Provide effective supervision to ensure assignments are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of mill operation experience or experience in a similar operation with demonstrated strengths in ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including strong team building and communication skill.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous supervisory experience.
  • A strong commitment to safety with working knowledge of OH&S, Mine and Environmental regulations.
  • Ability to handle a large and varied workload.
