Contract Marketing Project Manager (Zoho Preferred) — Archive Digital

Archive Digital is hiring a Contract Marketing Project Manager to lead delivery across multi-channel digital marketing programs and AI-enabled marketing operations. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery: project plans, timelines, milestones, and day-to-day coordination
- Lead weekly client status updates, including progress reporting, next steps, and risk management
- Coordinate internal specialists and contractors across SEO, PPC, paid social, web, content, and analytics
- Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and change requests to keep delivery predictable and efficient
- Maintain quality control prior to launch (QA checks, readiness reviews, and stakeholder sign-off)
- Keep workstreams organized in Zoho (e.g., Zoho Projects; and where applicable, Zoho CRM and analytics/automation workflows)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Zoho experience strongly preferred (especially Zoho Projects; Zoho CRM familiarity is a plus)
- Strong client-facing communication skills: clear documentation, meeting notes, action items, and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in parallel without losing detail
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and distributed/contract resources
Contract Details
- Contract role; part-time to start with potential to expand based on performance and workload
- Fully remote
- Preference for candidates able to work Pacific-friendly hours
