BEFORE APPLYING – HERE ARE THE INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS:


  • This is an unpaid internship for school credit – All intern candidates MUST be currently enrolled in an accredited university or learning institution, and eligible to receive academic credit or endorsement.
  • All interns MUST have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to be considered.
  • All interns MUST commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week, and maximum of 30 hours.
  • All interns must be onsite and in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays – office locations include: Los Angeles, New York, Burbank, Toronto. We do not provide relocation assistance.
  • All interns must confirm they can attend/participate:

  • A mandatory 2-hour orientation on TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025, 12:00PM PST – 2:00PM PST (IN FULL)
  • A mandatory 2-hour weekly seminar – EVERY TUESDAY, 12:00PM PST – 2:00PM PST (IN FULL)
  • Working in groups to create and launch a business venture and present to the Company and their peers – TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 2025 12:00PM PST – 2:00PM PST.

Position Summary

The Content Operations team is at the core of keeping our digital media network performing efficiently and in compliance with talent agreements and platform policies. We work hand-in-hand with virtually all departments throughout Studio71 to guarantee that we are able to monetize and protect the content our creators produce.



Studio71 is searching for a Content Operations intern who is interested in the metadata and copyrights behind the videos and music enjoyed by millions of people every day. If you’re curious about how Content ID actually works, how metadata results in revenue, and how we lead the industry for content creators, you’ll learn that on the Content Ops team

Responsibilities


– Quality control of incoming video and music content

– Content administration in high-value platform scenarios


– Resolving gaps in content metadata across the catalog

– Participate in building new solutions to managing our media asset library


– Observation and note-taking in various meeting scenarios


Qualifications

– Passion for digital video and music streaming

– Interest in data analysis


– Demonstrated attention to detail

– High familiarity with YouTube and music platforms as a fan
