About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to support construction project execution, maintain quality standards, and assist in site coordination. This role involves reviewing scopes, preparing sites for upcoming trades, conducting walk-throughs, and supporting project managers with scheduling, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform material counts and coordinate ordering.
- Review scopes of work and ensure accuracy against plans.
- Conduct walk-throughs and prepare sites for next trades and COS reviews.
- Coordinate with subtrades, internal teams, and project staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Assist with identifying and resolving schedule conflicts, quality issues, and site challenges.
- Contribute to three-week lookahead schedules and support the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide quality-related reporting.
- Participate in site meetings and support communication between teams (no client communication beyond directing inquiries to the PM).
Qualifications
- Strong construction knowledge.
- Ability to read schedules, understand critical paths, and support lookahead planning.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction project systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract required.
