And best of all, you will have the opportunity to work with great people and be part of an amazing culture at an organization whose purpose is breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.**What we think you will need to be successful in this role:** * Law degree and member in good standing of a Provincial Bar Association* Exposure to government policy/relations, healthcare, drug reimbursement and patent law are assets* Excellent interpersonal skills* High level of initiative and strong orientation towards results* Strong negotiating skills and sound judgment* Ability to manage many diverse matters in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Strong digital skills* Bilingual (French, English) is an asset; *the incumbent must be able to communicate well in English, as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec and Canada.*Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of achievement in a corporation working within a highly regulated environment, or in a law firm or government with experience in corporate commercial practice and/or regulatory/administrative lawSuperior writing, communication, and presentation skills- Ability to effectively manage with little supervision or internal support- Experience in drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements #J-18808-Ljbffr
