CFLA s.e.n.c.r.l. est une entreprise fonde en 2014 par trois associs spcialiss en fiscalit canadienne, amricaine et internationale, tant pour les particuliers que pour les entreprises.

CFLA est aujourd'hui une quipe dvoue de plus de 50 personnes ayant un fort sentiment d'appartenance au cabinet.

Responsabilits


Prparer des dclarations de revenus amricaines pour des socits par actions ou des socits de personnes, amricaines ou
trangres ;
Prparer des dclarations dans les diffrents tats amricains (impt sur le revenu, franchise tax , gross receipts tax ,
margin tax ou autres, selon le rgime en vigueur dans l'tat applicable) ;
Procder lanalyse des obligations fiscales des socits et des individus (assujettissement au niveau fdral et dans les tats) ;
Effectuer des recherches fiscales diverses (planification et mise en place de la structure optimale, rorganisation trans-frontalire,
planification et considrations fiscales relies la cessation de la rsidence fiscale canadienne, analyse des dispositions dune
convention fiscale, etc.);
Communiquer avec les clients pour obtenir linformation manquante et rpondre leurs questions ;
Soccuper des reprsentations auprs des autorits fiscales amricaines.

  • Avoir complt un cours de fiscalit de niveau baccalaurat (un atout).

Responsibilities


  • Prepare U.S. tax returns for U.S. and foreign corporations and partnerships;
  • Prepare U.S. state tax returns (income tax, franchise tax, gross receipts tax,
    "margin tax" or other, depending on the applicable state laws);
  • Analyze corporate tax liabilities (federal and state);
  • Carry out various tax investigations (planning and implementation of the optimal structure, cross-border reorganization, etc.);
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information and answer questions;
  • Make calls to U.S. tax authorities.

Requirements


  • Ability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written) ;

  • Has completed a taxation course at the undergraduate level (asset).
