Job Type: Full-Time, Rotation Schedule

Pay: $23 – $28/hour

Job Overview

Frontline Integrated Security is seeking professional Community Patrol Officers for a long-term project in Kispiox Village, BC.

This position is excellent for security professionals who want to gain community patrol and bylaw-style experience, work with community members, and develop their career in a supportive environment.

All travel, accommodation, and rotation schedules are provided.

Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Days: 07:00 – 19:00 (1 officer)
  • Nights: 19:00 – 07:00 (2 officers)
  • Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
  • Consistent hours and long-term stability

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned community areas by foot & vehicle
  • Maintain a visible presence to support safety and peace
  • Observe and report suspicious or unsafe activity
  • Respond to community concerns and requests for assistance
  • Build respectful relationships with residents and leadership
  • Provide daily written reports and incident documentation
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and cultural guidelines
  • Promote community safety through high visibility and engagement

Requirements

  • Valid BC Security Worker Licence
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotation schedule
  • Strong communication and professionalism

  • AST – Advanced Security Training
