The role

We are hiring a Community Manager to lead the public facing voice of One Baby, Please across social media, community building, partner communications, and PR support. You will be the bridge between the show and our audience, while also keeping our relationships with doctors, influencers, and partners organized, responsive, and thriving.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can write with personality, manage multiple stakeholders, and keep a clear calendar and workflow. You will be reporting directly to the show's Executive Producer while providing updates on progress.

Key responsibilities:

Social media management

· Own day to day social publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others as needed)

· Write captions and social copy in the show's voice, with strong attention to brand safety and tone

· Create and post reels, behind the scenes videos and interviews

· Create assets and manage approvals

· Community management: comments, DMs, audience engagement, and moderation

· Track performance and report insights weekly or biweekly (what's working, what's not, what to test next)

Community and audience growth

· Grow and nurture an engaged audience through interactive content, Q and As, polls, lives, and community prompts

· Identify community moments to amplify: reactions, user generated content, fan questions, and shareable clips

· Develop simple engagement systems so the community feels heard and cared for

Partner communications

· Manage communications and scheduling with partners including doctors, clinics, experts, and influencers

· Coordinate partner deliverables: posts, stories, collaboration assets, approvals, and timelines

· Maintain a partner tracker, contact list, and clear status updates for the production team

· Ensure all partner content aligns with brand and messaging guidelines

PR and publicity support

· Support press outreach and relationships with journalists, bloggers, podcasts, and community media

· Coordinate press materials including show synopsis, bios, key messages, and media kits

· Monitor mentions and sentiment, flag risks early, and support response planning

· Help plan publicity moments: announcements, behind the scenes drops, casting reveals, release milestones, and screenings

Required skills and experience

· 3+ years in social media, community management, or digital communications (series, entertainment, lifestyle, or cause adjacent is a plus)

· Strong writing skills and a clear understanding of tone, brand voice, and audience

· Experience editing and creating reels

· Experience editing short interviews and posting on You Tube, Tik Tok

· Experience with Canva & creating reels

· Experience coordinating partnerships or influencer collaborations

· Highly organized. You can manage calendars, trackers, approvals, and follow ups without dropping details

· Comfortable handling community conversations with warmth and professionalism, including sensitive topics

· Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting (platform insights, engagement rate, reach, saves, watch time)

· Experience with ad buying on social media platforms
