Are you ready to apply your knowledge in the real world? We are seeking Industrial Engineering or Computer Science co-op students to support real, hands-on work in process improvement, data analysis, and digital transformation at our Halifax office. You'll contribute to active enterprise initiatives, including system implementation, automation, and analytics.

Key Elements Of This Role Include

  • Analyze and map business processes
  • Support ERP and digital tool implementations
  • Build or enhance dashboards, reports, and decision tools
  • Analyze data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with automation, low-code tools, and documentation
  • Participate in agile planning and reviews

These Skills Will Make You Successful
Working as a valued part of our Business Transformation team, you recognize yourself in most of the following competencies, and where possible possess the skills and experience listed below:

  • Enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related program
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, Python, or similar)
  • Clear communicator; curious and proactive
  • Power BI, Power Apps, process mapping, or automation experience would be an asset
