Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Toronto Area,(Waterdown, ON) Canada, with flexibility for some remote work. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing Trucking accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to manage policies, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience. The role also demands a commitment to accuracy, organization, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Problem-Solving and Organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
Knowledge of Insurance Products, Policy Management, and Compliance standards
Strong Computer Literacy, including proficiency in relevant CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability and Team Collaboration skills to thrive in a hybrid work environment
A passion for working with clients and providing personalized solutions
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset
Post-secondary education or certifications in insurance, business, or related fields are preferred
