- Lead land and site development design and analysis to meet client requirements, including sewer design, water distribution system design, grading analysis, and stormwater management design.
- Write technical reports to support consulting work.
- Manage Civil Engineering staff day to day.
- Provide technical assistance and ensure the delivery of consistent, quality products to clients.
- Offer design and constructability feedback and guidance.
- Mentor and support team members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including Project and Team Management
- Comprehensive understanding of regulations, standards, and legislation related to Land Development projects
- Excellent attention to detail and independent judgment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player approach to management, design, and problem-solving
- Strong time management and organizational skills
