Circuit Design Internship
During this internship you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced mixed signal circuits for low-power and high performance PLLs, PVT Sensors and I/O’s, to be used in numerous products from high performance data center SoCs to low power consumer SoCs.
You will join a highly collaborative team and develop your circuit design skills on advanced CMOS processes.
We will customize your internship responsibilities based on your experience, skills and interest. To be successful in the position, you should have an interest in the “Key Qualifications” listed below, and know-how in some of them.
Key Qualifications:
- Digital and analog circuit design, implementation and verification
- Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals
- Mix signal, analog and digital circuit design in advanced Fin-FET processes
- Amplifiers and Bandgaps
- Low Dropout Regulators
- Low voltage and low jitter PLL
- LC PLL
- High Speed Clocking
Description:
- Circuit architecture study and evaluation across all critical design parameters
- Mixed signal circuit design of advanced Fin-FET low power PLLs and PVT sensors
- Circuit simulations
- Design review and documentation
Education:
- Pursuing a MS or above preferred in electrical engineering or related field
