Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist for an immediate, on-site temporary contract role for our client based in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will lead and support change initiatives within a healthcare or public sector environment, ensuring effective adoption of redesigned processes, alignment of organizational structures, and improved patient and service delivery.<br> <b>Benefits & Perks</b><ul><li>Immediate term contract role onsite in Winnipeg as a Change Management Specialist </li><li>Immediate start with opportunity for contract extension.</li><li>Hands-on experience leading critical change initiatives in healthcare/public sector environments.</li><li>Collaborative on-site team environment and opportunity to influence meaningful organizational outcomes.</li></ul><b>Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Develop and implement change management strategies for complex projects.</li><li>Conduct organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and develop detailed change management plans.</li><li>Facilitate adoption and implementation of redesigned processes across multiple teams and sites.</li><li>Support strategic-level redesign initiatives, including alignment of clinical practices and standardization of service delivery.</li><li>Lead project teams, coach team members, and provide guidance on change management best practices.</li><li>Perform analysis to optimize patient flow and service delivery efficiencies across multiple healthcare sites.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure sustainable change outcomes.</li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul><b>Qualifications</b><ul><li>Valid Change Management Certification</li><li>Training in organizational development or coaching</li><li>Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or human resources</li><li>Skills & Experience:</li><li>10 years in a change management role within project environments, including stakeholder management and strategy development </li><li>8 years in organizational change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and facilitation of process adoption</li><li>5 years implementing change in healthcare or public sector environments, including service delivery analysis and stakeholder facilitation</li><li>1 year working on strategic-level redesign of healthcare service delivery organizations, including clinical alignment and organizational restructuring </li><li>5 years in team or project lead/manager roles within project environments, including developing plans and coaching team members</li><li>1 year performing analysis to optimize patient flow across multiple health centres, including strategy development and implementation </li><li>Criminal background check is required<br></li></ul>At Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
