We specialize in <b>law enforcement and military fitness preparation</b> alongside lifestyle clients focused on fat loss, muscle building, mobility, and long-term performance.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for a coach who values <b>strong programming, clear communication, and consistency</b>, and who takes pride in delivering high-level coaching every session.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What the role involves</b></p><ul><li>Delivering safe, effective, and engaging <b>one-on-one and small group training sessions</b></li><li><b>Designing and implementing individualized training programs</b> based on assessments, goals, and progress</li><li>Modifying programs to ensure safety, progression, and results</li><li>Providing <b>general nutrition guidance</b> aligned with client training and lifestyle goals</li><li>Building strong client relationships and contributing to long-term retention</li><li>Maintaining a professional, high-energy coaching environment</li><li><b>Participating in basic marketing efforts</b>, including posting <b>1-3 times per week on social media</b> to showcase training, group sessions, and client work (with consent), aligned with the Forever Aesthetic brand</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What we're looking for</b></p><ul><li><b>Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)</b></li><li><b>Current CPR & First Aid certification</b></li><li>Ability to create <b>structured, goal-oriented training programs</b></li><li>Comfortable coaching <b>both individual and group training sessions</b></li><li>Professional, punctual, and reliable</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Confident coaching style with the ability to adapt to different clients</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a private training environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Role structure</b></p><ul><li><b>Independent contractor role</b></li><li><b>Compensation: $20 per hour</b>, with performance-based growth opportunities</li><li>Clear coaching and programming standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you're a coach who takes their craft seriously and wants to work in a structured, professional environment, <b>message us directly or apply through LinkedIn</b>.</p>
