Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care while ensuring a positive patient experience. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
- Perform chairside assisting duties, including taking radiographs (X-rays) and scans.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the cleanliness of the treatment area.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care, including working with pediatric, geriatric and orthodontic patients.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries as a dental receptionist when needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems like Abeldent is highly desirable.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
