What you'll get to do:

Accurately completes and properly routes required shipping paperwork on a timely basis
Loading and material transfer systems within the storage and shipping silos area
Maintenance of all equipment in the shipping department
Troubleshooting equipment outages and initiates remedial work and timely requests of maintenance personnel
Provide consultation to Shipping and Services Superintendent as needed

Who we are looking for:

Experience in cement manufacturing or heavy industrial production
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of cement production processes and plant equipment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and production management systems

Work Environment:

Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels
