At HomeWell, our caregivers play a vital role in enhancing quality of life by providing professional, non-medical in-home support. If you're patient, service-minded, and committed to making a difference every shift, we'd love to have you on our team.

Shift

Day shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

(Flexibility to stay up to one additional hour in case of emergency & willing to commit to 3-4 days of 12 hour shifts per week)

Compensation & Perks

$18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

Provide hands-on assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Offer medication reminders
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Support clients with developmental disabilities in daily routines
Apply appropriate behavior support techniques when needed
Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
Maintain a clean and safe home environment with light housekeeping

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of caregiving experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
