Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Car Wash Service Technician & Installer based in Southern Ontario. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing car wash systems to meet high-quality standards. Key day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance, conducting field service visits, and providing excellent customer service during installations and repairs. The technician will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and addressing equipment issues
- Hands-on experience in Field Service, especially with on-site equipment installation and support
- Effective Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and provide clear communication
- Additional qualifications such as a background in technical or electrical systems, relevant certifications, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
