Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

This hybrid (3 days in-office) role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for new and existing applications: documenting processes and requirements, preparing UAT, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have 3 - 7 years of technical Business Analysis experience, be motivated to learn new technologies, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, they should have a clear understanding of change management processes, sound knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology, and a willingness to initiate continuous improvement initiatives.

The salary band for this role is $850,000 - $95,000. Our client works on a hybrid work model.
